Update From Sylvia

We will have a final trip conference call next Saturday (June 6) at 12 nn EST. The call in number is 866 507 5507 and the conference code is 9462711#. Only 24 days to go!

All New Jersey people ... we will meet on June 24 at the house @ 2 pm and all go from here. (For International flights we have to be at the airport 3 hours ahead of departure time.) We can park the car overflow at the church (have their permission).

Lastly, thanks to Jeannie MacDonald at the Village School we have new Crocs for the children at the school and thanks to Carmine and Phyllis Visone at Home Away From Home Academy we have enough socks so that each child will get a new pair of shoes and a new pair of socks. The sock/shoe assembly party will be Sunday, June 7 from 12 to 4 pm. Refreshments will be served and Claire is bringing dessert!

Things that some of us wish we had while in Uganda

1. Mini flashlight (constant power cuts)
2 Cough Drops
3. Antibacterial wash
4. Hand wipes/Baby wipes
5. travel tissue packs
6. travel size shampoo
7. roll of toilet paper to carry in back pack
8. Benadryl cream/anti-itch cream
9. Nyquil & Dayquil (just in case)
10. Granola bars/ Power bars (long bus rides)
11. Vitamins (if you take them, bring extra)
12. Pack one change of clothes and any Medications in a carry on, just in case!
13. Sunscreen
